This is wild, mountainous, forested land, and holds most of the large wildlife found anywhere in Europe. A Network of trails allows hikers and nature enthusiasts to experience its beauty, encounter with lots of beautiful blossoming plants and enjoy breathtaking views. Trips ranging from one day to one week, at altitudes between 800m and 2642m.  (Stop for 1 hour).
Departure to Vardzia. Lunch at the local restaurant.
Sightseeing tour around  Vardzia caves.  The underground halls of the "mountain queen," dug out of the solid rock, Vardzia looks like it was taken directly from the pages of Lord of the Rings. In reality it is a cave-palace-monastery built not by dwarfs, but by Georgians in the Caucasus for their fabled queen Tamar.
Overnight in Akhaltsikhe hotel.

Day two

After breakfast we are going for the sightseeing tour around fortress “Rabat”Built in the 13th century, forpost Rabat developed under the influence of deferent cultures over subsequent centuries and this is reflected in its architecture. Within the 7 hectares castle complex there is a Church, a Mosque, a Minaret and a Synagogue. In the 13th-16th centuries the castle and its town of Akhaltsikhe had been the residence of the Jakhelyprinces. During the following two centuries it was part of the Ottoman Empire and in 19th-20th centuries it became part of the Russian Empire. The reconstruction period started in autumn 2011 and completed in August 2012.
On the way back to Tbilisi visit to Uplistsikhe cave town - it is identified by archaeologists as one of the oldest urban settlements in Georgia. Strategically located in the heartland of ancient kingdom of Kartli, it emerged as a major political and religious center of the country. The town’s age and importance led medieval Georgian written tradition to ascribe its foundation to the mythical Uplos, son of Mtskhetos, and grandson of Kartlos.
Arrival to Tbilisi in the evening.
